Gov. Hutchinson has set new guidelines inside long-term facilities, pushing for visitations as long as there are no positive cases for 14 days.

Alma Medical and Rehabilitation Center said it may be a while until they can re-open to the public.

According to the most recent data from the Arkansas Department of Health, 39 residents have tested positive since Sept. 30 and 17 staff members have tested positive.

Administrators say right now, they are focusing on keeping residents’ spirits up.
