In a night when all other high school sporting events in Section III were postponed, the host Cicero-North Syracuse field hockey team, along with Weedsport, toughed it out in the snow for a non-league contest.

The Northstars were willing to put their perfect record on the line despite the snowy conditions and came away with a 4-0 win.

C-NS (10-0) got two goals from Gabby Wameling and one each from Jamie Snyder and Giavonna DiToma. Goalies Ally Wagner and Avery Richardson combined for two saves and the Northstars defense registered their seventh shutout of the season.
